Sweet Sherry Sauce

Good over steak or chicken.

Ingredients

Steps

  1. Melt butter. Sauté shallots.

  2. Add sherry and let reduce.

  3. Add cream. Let simmer for ~15 min over low heat to desired thickness. Keep heat low to avoid foaming up.

  4. Add salt & pepper to taste.

**If reheating, use very low heat — it will break if overheated.
